I’m passionate about what drives people and teams to perform — the mix of culture, leadership, and learning that turns potential into sustained success. My career in sport has shown me that performance is rarely about metrics alone — it’s about relationships, culture and positive environments that encourage creativity and autonomy. I enjoy connecting evidence-based practice with people development, helping teams to perform with purpose and authenticity.
