Senior leadership to reporting directly with the CMO, part of the Marketing XLT and Emarsys XSLT. As Emarsys continues its integration journey within SAP, this role will be a strategic driver across GTM planning, integration and marketing transformation aligned with SAP global marketing and CX solution GTM. I oversee global marketing change initiatives as well as collaborate with revenue, product, IT and HR in company-wide transformation work-streams.

Managing a global team tasked with supporting North America, EMEA, MEE, LATAM & APAC field teams to drive pipeline and act as digital & demand center of excellence for marketing. We have built, launched & scaled centralized demand programs and capabilities across website, search, SEM, paid media, email, nurture, media & syndication, webinar, social, influencer & direct mail. We bring Emarsys value proposition, products, thought leadership and content to marketers in the retail, eCommerce, consumer products, travel & media industries globally - creating and accelerating qualified pipeline & revenue.
As part of the acquisition & merger of Clicktale into ContentSquare, I led the new global digital & demand centre team. Supporting integration projects including messaging, MAP and website integration as well as digital campaign support for teams in UK, France, US & DACH.

Managing a team of 11 responsible for global demand gen programs, digital channels, martech stack and content marketing. Working closely with field marketing, partner marketing, SDR & sales teams to build measurable pipeline for global enterprise SaaS technology solution. Key achievements: >> Built digital team and inbound engine responsible for 70% of markeing pipeline, contributing to a 3X pipeline target >> Creation of webinar program generating 1.4 million of closed won business (10x return on investment) and $13M ARR of influenced pipeline pipeline over 2 years >> Creation of new lead nurture program generating $904K ARR of closed won business and $7.5M ARR of influenced closed won business and just short of $20M ARR influenced pipeline in 2 years. >> Re-built paid media strategy and scaled relevant post-click experiences to yield a 65% reduction in cost-per-quality lead and 38% reduced in cost-per-MQL
