For last years I have been working on a couple EU-funded projects: strategic and marketing audit, some minor and major training projects for various types of people: academic start-ups, traditional entrepreneurs-to-be, students and the unemployed. Currently working on M&A process. Completed successfully 2 mergers based on equity multipliers. Not that complicated, still demanding caution. In the marketing and strategic audit project I am the leading auditor responsible for the shape and content of the report. In the training projects I mainly work as a PM or tutor. I managed to finalize my dissertation and received doctorate in management. I've got some ideas regarding ways of discounting my experience, but I've yet to take any decision.
