- Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with specialization : Medical Electronic Equipment - 17+ years of work experience in field support - Experience of working with high value, sophisticated X-ray and medical laser systems - Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, often under tight deadlines (field and remote) - Experience of working within hospital environment and operating theatres - Impeccable customer service skills, confident and professional manner in customer facing environment
- Providing installation, repair and maintenance support for TomoTherapy systems in Germany and Switzerland
Additional duties to previous position: - lead engineer for selected equipment - providing trainings to other engineers on selected equipment - helping junior engineers in their development - pre delivery system inspection and on-site installation - regular international travel to provide technical support to users of laser systems in Europe
- providing technical support to users of medical laser systems - diagnosing and repairing equipment faults in the field and in workshop - providing customer education and training - completion of service reports, management of car stock of spares, RMAs - attending product training courses - products: various laser equipment including ophthalmic, microscopes, spectrographs (Cutera, Lumenis, Norseld, EVlaser, Vaser, Ziemer, Meridian)
