Via Comatec. Designed HVAC systems for high-voltage commercial vehicles, including system-level steering principles via CAN architecture using FBD software and CAD development. Set requirements from stakeholders, prepared customer adaptations, and coordinated cross-functional teams in various projects. Conducted testing and validation across all product life cycle phases, improving thermal efficiency and reducing auxiliary energy demands.
Via Expleo Nordic AB. Led the design and validation of battery structure parts for the SPA2 and SPA3 electric vehicle platforms for Volvo Cars and Polestar. Managed a team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional departments. Conducted multiple simulation loops and design improvements, meeting safety requirements and adhering to the VPDS project timeline. Utilized tools such as KDP, Team Center, and Catia V5 to enhance design efficiency and accuracy. Specialized in precise laser welding cell to cell for SPA3 platform, new Volvo EX60.
Via Expleo Nordic AB. Developed climate and battery cooling systems for full electric trucks, coordinating cross-functional teams from manufacturing, purchasing, aftermarket, logistics, and R&D.
