𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Reporting to the Chemical Department Director • Active participation in developing the sales and marketing strategy for the Chemical Department • Meetings with suppliers • Managing a product portfolio with full decision-making authority • Managing the technical team of the Chemical Department • Conducting training sessions for employees: EPURO, installation companies, industrial plants, wholesalers, design companies • Participating in the sales process for key projects, business negotiations, supporting regional sales managers • Developing technologies • Extensive collaboration (training, presentations, joint projects) with equipment manufacturers (boilers: Viessmann, refrigeration systems: Baltimore, Evapco) • Supervising the proper functioning of approximately 1,000 industrial installations (refrigeration systems, steam boilers, heating installations, etc. located across Poland) • Collaboration with other company departments (design, industrial equipment, technical service)
