SAP Implementation. As a Local Deployment Lead I was responsible for project management on plant level. As a Logistics Key User my main duties was: - Define and describe all processes within logistics - Check and test defined processes in SAP - In case of any gaps or discrepancy cooperate with external support to find solution.
- Ensuring a constant supply of production components - Daily contact with suppliers - Planning, organizing the delivery of goods using Just in Time method - Management of containers flow - Issuing discrepancy material reports (logistics complaints) - Keeping in touch with customs agencies - Monitoring of process of obsolete material
