In charge of up to 80 “Biedronka” stores (include: up to 7 Sales and Operation Managers, 7 Perishable Sales Managers, 80 Store Managers, 250 Deputies Store Managers, 1200 people team) • Responsibility for key performance indicators and business objectives set by the Company Board (EBITDA, FTE, BDG, Inventory Losses, Operational Costs, LFL, etc.) • Strategically planning and executing the annual plan • Creating and analyzing business reports, identifying development areas, implementing changes • Responsibility for employment, procedures compliance (e.g. BHP, HACCP), “mystery client” audits level • Responsible for internal and external audits • Representing the company in relationships with government institutions • Building and developing the team • Opening new stores in the region
