I have the proven track records in the field of launching the production of new technological solutions and automation of production processes for global companies from the automotive industry. Responsibilities: Project management - Project management from the RFQ phase to launching the production of the finished product - Establishing and managing customer relations along with representing the company's interests - Developing project risk analysis - Coordinating production process projects - defining specifications and technologies as well as selection of methods for monitoring and testing the effectiveness of the implemented project - Controlling of project indicators - Ensuring meeting specific customer requirements of the automotive industry in accordance with the requirements of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA - Representing customer requirements in the scope of the implemented project - Compliance with the rules of occupational safety, health and safety, fire protection, the Quality and Environmental Management System, the Information Security Policy and the Anti-Corruption Policy in force at Alpha Technology Team management - Managing a team and coordinating the activities of people cooperating within a given project - Delegating tasks and enforcing their implementation - Motivating employees to act - Coordinating and verifying the implementation of activities by subcontractors - Assessment and identification of improvement potentials for individual members of the project team
