Design of the main mechanical components of the VoloCity aircraft high-voltage battery pack to be certified under EASA SC-VTOL. Tasks included the development of the EMI shielding, environmental sealing, electrical bonding, and electrical insulation concepts, as well as coordination of prototyping activities.
Design of the main primary structures, cockpit secondary structures and system integration concepts of the VoloCity aircraft - from a blank canvas until prototyping, troubleshooting, and finally seeing them take to the sky. Development of company-wide standards for the usage of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing according to ASME Y14.5.
