I started in IT operations, working hands-on with real infrastructure, incidents and enterprise clients across different regions. Over time, I moved from monitoring and troubleshooting into more complex platform work, became a go-to person for LogicMonitor, and eventually transitioned into Business Technology. Today I work as a Business System Analyst at NTT, bridging business needs and technical implementation across internal enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and LogicMonitor. My role combines analysis, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, coordination with developers, and end-to-end ownership of features from idea to documentation. What makes my background different is that I did not start from theory. I came from operations, escalations, client-facing incidents and infrastructure projects. That experience still shapes how I work: I care about whether something is actually useful, scalable and workable in the real world. In recent years I have been moving deeper into AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation. I have already worked on initiatives such as an ITAR compliance module in ServiceNow, sentiment analysis for customer feedback, and internal AI-supported tooling to improve the quality of Jira stories and Confluence documentation. Alongside my corporate role, I also work on small business IT and digital projects, helping restaurants and local companies improve their operations, infrastructure and online presence with practical, affordable solutions. I am especially interested in the space where enterprise systems, product thinking, automation and applied AI meet. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and Polish, with advanced English. Based in Cardedeu, Catalunya.
After several years in infrastructure and operations, I moved into Business Technology to work closer to product, platform design and solution ownership. In this role, I bridge business needs and technical implementation across enterprise platforms used internally at NTT. My work sits between stakeholders, product owners, developers and operations teams, with a strong focus on making sure solutions are both technically viable and operationally useful. Core responsibilities: - Gather and clarify requirements for new platform features and improvements. - Design and document solutions for NTT's ServiceNow environment. - Coordinate with developers and stakeholders across the full delivery lifecycle. - Support and manage LogicMonitor-related platform operations, including governed provisioning for enterprise clients. - Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and structured implementation plans. Recent work includes: - Building the ITAR compliance module in ServiceNow from scratch. - Developing a sentiment analysis capability for customer feedback. - Creating an internal AI-supported tool to help improve Jira stories, epics and Confluence documentation. This role reflects the direction I want to keep growing in: product-minded platform work, intelligent automation and practical AI applied to real operational problems.
Alongside my full-time role, I work with local businesses in hospitality, helping them improve both their IT operations and their digital presence. My work has included: - Designing and deploying POS and kitchen printing setups adapted to each restaurant's workflow. - Installing and configuring CCTV and network infrastructure. - Setting up mobile ordering workflows using remote desktop solutions. - Building separate customer and operational networks from scratch. - Supporting Google Ads, local visibility and digital improvements. I have worked directly with restaurants such as Pho Hanoi and Maison Viet, combining technical execution with practical business problem solving.
This was my most autonomous engineering stage before moving into Business Technology. I became the escalation point for Tier 1 engineers and Ops Center teams for LogicMonitor-related issues, while also leading more complex infrastructure work and contributing to high-impact projects. Highlights: - Became a key internal reference for LogicMonitor across multiple teams. - Supported onboarding, installation and configuration work beyond my own team. - Contributed to a major datacenter migration involving infrastructure, storage, VMware and networking. - Mentored newer engineers and documented procedures that remained in use afterwards. This was also the stage where I started moving from execution into improvement, influence and platform thinking.
I joined a specialized Windows Server team after proving myself in the Ops Center. In this role I worked on enterprise client environments covering Windows Server, VMware, Azure, storage and backup, while also taking increasing ownership of more complex technical work. Key work included: - Supporting client environments ranging from tens to hundreds of servers. - Designing and deploying McAfee ePO infrastructure for key accounts. - Taking ownership of LogicMonitor-related work and becoming one of the strongest internal references in the tool. - Handling escalated incidents, client communication and on-call situations. - Mentoring newer engineers and contributing to internal knowledge sharing. This is where my technical identity became much stronger and where the path toward platform specialization really started.
This was my entry point into IT. I worked in a 24x7 operations environment monitoring infrastructure for enterprise clients across multiple regions, handling alerts, troubleshooting first-line technical issues and working under SLA pressure in rotating shifts. It was a demanding environment, but it gave me a strong operational foundation, discipline under pressure and the habit of solving real problems quickly.
