· Providing financial analysis support to the European Finance Business Partner, IT & EOS (in turn providing business partnering and decision support for the European IT function and the EOS Program Director and program managers); · Assisting with collection, validation and analysis of financial data to support the detailed budgeting and forecasting processes; · Providing meaningful and accurate reports to support the European Finance Business Partner, IT & EOS and providing business partnering to their stakeholders; · Monitoring the financial position of the EOS Program (both CAPEX and OPEX) by identifying risks and opportunities to financial projections and then timely informing the European Finance Business Partner, IT & EOS to take corrective actions where needed; · Tracking, calculating and reporting functional and project costs/benefits on a monthly basis; · Providing reports and analysis to support business case evolution, particularly in advance of tollgate approval, and keeping the business cases updated; · Supporting with financial administration and invoice controls for the program together with local finance, as requested.
· Provide financial data analysis for ongoing programs/projects. Support program managers to follow up required improvements. · Ensure financial data is accurate, complete and deliver on time to support customer’s requests. · Actively cooperate with program managers, account managers, cost estimating team, plant controllers and various departments across the Company to ensure accuracy of all deliverables and also to indicate potential risks, issues and opportunities to improve program performance. · Create and maintain financial models in enter-Proj system and/or PFP (Program Financial Performance) at all program stages/gates. · Actively participate in meetings to test and improve financial models and tools required for the job. · Ensure tooling costs, invoicing, profit/loss are accurately assigned to the program by keep all the details tracking on monthly basis (Tooling Register). · Gathering and preparing input for tooling budget.
Main tasks and responsibilities: - Implement business plans, procedures and processes, - Coordinate with various teams to analyze business requirements, planning, and operating forecast, - Identify problems and develop solutions to meet productivity and quality, - Identify and propose solutions for business needs, - Implement business strategy to meet organization objectives, - Coordinating monthly, quarterly, annual and long range financial planning process for EMEA region, - Producing, maintaining and analyzing forecast reports with Finance, Contract Management, Service Support and Project Managers, - Maintaining monthly and quarterly KPI analysis and trend.
Support processes and tools in the area of management information systems for UBS Group Service Centers. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Cooperating and reporting to senior management, - Cooperating with UBS functions in redesigning processes, tools and their maintenance of those aiming at high quality management information, - Collecting, analysing, checking, reconciling and reporting UBS data (Financial, HR, performance and risk indicators), - Cooperating with stakeholders to understand, enhance process and tools supporting information gathering, - Participating in projects aiming at data quality improvements across various UBS systems, - Designing, building and maintaining documenting tools and processes, - Maintaining good relationship with clients.
