Manages day to day activity within departments, including planning, process flow, and resource allocation; Performing regular analysis and optimization of inventory levels in raw material, finished goods and external warehouses; Supervising of warehouse processes: analysis, reporting, implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure good quality; Driving improvement projects aiming at operational cost reduction, OTIF, FIFO, inventory differences improvement; Functional experience and supporting MS AX; Overseeing warehouse documents including creation of SOP and WI; Organizing and conducting annual stock taking process; Close collaboration with: production, customer service, quality, account departments; Investigating and solving daily incidents and customer complaints with A3 and D8 approach; Ensures constant improvement by reviewing practices, methods and processes; Responsible for leading supervising and motivating team. Ensures that area meets all requirements for Safety and Housekeeping.
Supervising material and finish goods flow in inbound and outbound warehouses (MS Axapta); Driving improvements aiming at storage space optimization and operational cost reduction; Close cooperation with: purchasing, planning and production departments; Supervision of proper stock taking process; Acceptance of invoices (ExFlow) for services and materials; Management of the subordinate team, in particular: o organization of the team's work ensuring the realization of designated tasks, o providing employees with appropriate qualifications – recruitment, performance evaluation (including ongoing supervision over quality and working time), training.
Organizing and carrying out loading and unloading operations; Optimizing processes of storage and discharging (cargo handling).
Planning and controlling cargo handling and storing operations; Keeping timeliness and quality of work performed; Direct cooperation with forwarders, ship agencies and ship management.
