    Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - building the infrastructure and deploying the UiPath suite to provide the platform for automation of selected business processes through software robots. This is a pilot initiative with objective to provide RPA capabilities in Pratt & Whitney business units in Poland, Canada and the USA. Implementing All for One eTime system – a comprehensive SAP-integrated solution aimed at streamlining employees’ time management processes across all Poland Pratt & Whitney sites. Over 6 thousand employees invited to utilize the tool. The project realized in agile approach. Developing a production scheduling tool for one of P&W's companies as a pilot, to roll it out to P&W Canada and P&W China plants. Providing advanced planning and scheduling to improve machine utilization, work in progress and overtime reduction, as well as optimizing process time. Archive system for Solumina OEM G5 & G7. This project for the P&W subsidiary in Chengdu, China, aiming to provide access to the MES Solumina database for Chinese users and ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding access to historical data (up to 40 years after end of production). The project team located in China, Poland, Canada and the US. Automating payment processes between P&W China and BMO Bank. Executing automatic integration between the SAP ERP system and the banking system to ensure data consistency. The solution mitigates payment risks and improves payment efficiency. Modifying technical infrastructure responsible for SAP documents storage. Assessing the current infrastructure against actual and predicted demand for SAP documents storage needs and modifying it to ensure smooth and reliable storage and access to vital business documentation: technical documents, invoices and vendor quality records.
