Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - building the infrastructure and deploying the UiPath suite to provide the platform for automation of selected business processes through software robots. This is a pilot initiative with objective to provide RPA capabilities in Pratt & Whitney business units in Poland, Canada and the USA. Implementing All for One eTime system – a comprehensive SAP-integrated solution aimed at streamlining employees’ time management processes across all Poland Pratt & Whitney sites. Over 6 thousand employees invited to utilize the tool. The project realized in agile approach. Developing a production scheduling tool for one of P&W's companies as a pilot, to roll it out to P&W Canada and P&W China plants. Providing advanced planning and scheduling to improve machine utilization, work in progress and overtime reduction, as well as optimizing process time. Archive system for Solumina OEM G5 & G7. This project for the P&W subsidiary in Chengdu, China, aiming to provide access to the MES Solumina database for Chinese users and ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding access to historical data (up to 40 years after end of production). The project team located in China, Poland, Canada and the US. Automating payment processes between P&W China and BMO Bank. Executing automatic integration between the SAP ERP system and the banking system to ensure data consistency. The solution mitigates payment risks and improves payment efficiency. Modifying technical infrastructure responsible for SAP documents storage. Assessing the current infrastructure against actual and predicted demand for SAP documents storage needs and modifying it to ensure smooth and reliable storage and access to vital business documentation: technical documents, invoices and vendor quality records.
Project: CHLOE (Consumer Healthcare: Lead, Optimize, Empower). Global Sanofi project with objectives: demerger from the Sanofi organization a separate legal entity, fully dedicated to Consumer Healthcare area. In IT dimension: set up and make operational new IT landscape, separate to the Sanofi one, to enable business processes of the new Consumer Healthcare organization. Geographical areas of activity: Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Poland. Systems in scope: SAP and systems directly and indirectly interfaced with SAP: logistic partners (3PL) of new legal entity, systems providing order taking, rebates management, invoicing (both XML and PDF), customer complaint management, contract and budget management, financial reporting to the ministry of finance. Manage preparation of business requirements (locally specific), preparation of design of IT solutions, delivery of changes (development and/or configuration), integration with Sanofi IT environment and user acceptance testing, cutover activities (transport to production environment and configuration, including system to system connection set up, users access management, pre go-live validation) and post go-live care (with focus on daily monitoring and fixing of post go-live issues on the production), in local (country-specific) systems and applications, to assure smooth realization of business processes in the new legal entity on the country level Represent country IT activities to Sanofi global project management board. International project environment. Cooperation on daily basis with SAP and IT infrastructure teams (mainly France and India), local (CZ, SK, PL) vendors of systems mentioned above as well as global project management team (France).
