In March 2009, taking over the duties of the financial controlling concerning conducting of the whole process of foreign financial accounts. Since May 2010 on a position of director of logistics responsible for the complex company logistics management, creating and supervising the implementation of procedures in the field of logistics, warehouse management oversight, an advisory vote of the Board on financial issues related to logistics, ensuring error-free activities of all logistical functions in the company, overseeing the work of all perpendicular.
Work in the import preparation team (verification of import documents and arranging the documents required for proper customs clearance of goods from the consignee), tracing team (arranging import documents from abroad, checking the fate of shipments, handling answers to queries from foreign affiliates for all sorts of problems in the transport process) and customer service and as a customs specialist (explaining and solving problems related to transportation and customs clearance, information on the possibilities and conditions of transport, pricing and customs issues, export document and goods preparation for shipping, the customs administration, customs duties and various services invoicing, organization of deliveries and clearances in accordance with the requirements of customers, freight forwarding, air freight handling).
