Tomasz Michalski is the Managing Director of Keller Business Unit Middle East Africa, the leading provider of geotechnical services and projects in the region. Tomasz began his career with Keller in Poland in 1995 as one of the founding members of the company in Poland and later was appointed a member of the Management Board of Keller Poland. He held the position of Business Unit Manager North East Europe and in, parallel, was the General Manager of Keller's subsidiaries in the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia. Tomasz has extensive operational and strategic management experience. He studied civil engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and continued with postgraduate studies on ecology in the construction industry and marketing in Mainz, Germany. He is the author of numerous publications on modern foundation techniques, soil improvement and ecology in construction and is an expert in the field of advanced injection technologies. Absolwent Wydziału Inżynierii Lądowej Politechniki Warszawskiej (1992). W latach 1994-95 studia podyplomowe „Ekologia w budownictwie” w Fachhochschule Mainz oraz studia marketingowe na tamtejszym Uniwersytecie. W roku 1995 rozpoczął pracę w nowopowstałej firmie Keller Polska, początkowo jako prokurent a następnie jako członek Zarządu. Od roku 2007 Dyrektor Naczelny Keller Polska. Równolegle Dyrektor Naczelny spółek zależnych Keller Ukraina (od 2006) i Keller Rosja (od 2009). Autor licznych publikacji z zakresu nowoczesnych technik fundamentowania, wzmacniania podłoża i ekologii w budownictwie. Ekspert w zakresie zaawansowanych technologii iniekcyjnych.
