I am an experienced senior manager with proven track record of success in managing large international building materials companies, implementing M&A projects, improving sales proccesses or developing new technologies in the energy sector to the Polish and German industrie.
Taking in consideration my knowledge and approx. 30 years experience in companies management, I decided to launch my own Business Consulting Company. Since then I am supporting other companies with my expertise on how to develop efficient sales strategies, pricing excellence, M&A and development of new technologies in the energy sector.
Xella produces and distributes high quality porous concrete blocks YTONG and silica materials under the SILKA brand. Xella in Poland currently employs approximately 700 people, consists of 12 manufacturing plants and generates turnover of about PLN 300 milion, constantly improving the economic result. Xella in Poland has more than 20% market share in AAC and about 40% MS in silicates. Neverthless, Xella, thanks to its innovation in sales performance and technological leadership, iis perceived as a leader in solutions-offering, customer centricity and quality.
