R2R Manager - Process Delivery Lead at Zoetis Animal Health · Over 12 years experience in establishing & running global shared services, leading global transition and transformation projects · Implementation of new initiatives in order to standardize, optimize and automate financial processes and delivery models · Working with diverse teams of professionals locally & remotely for various Clients across multiple Delivery Centers in Europe, India, APAC and US · Managing R2R process in Zoetis Shared Service Center: GL, FA, Inventory, Bank and Intercompany Processes · Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP systems (SAP & Oracle) and reporting to consolidation team · Supervision of the Month End Close process and coordination of close activities across all process towers incl. AP, AR, VAT · Organization of quarterly Balance Sheet Review meetings with Finance Directors · Support Team members in setting their personal objectives and career development plans · Monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs) · Support deployment of new ERP system (SAP) in Zoetis SSC · Control of SOx requirements for R2R process
