1. Market analysis and active searching for new supply sources for production materials; 2. RFQ process - preparing RFQ , searching for suppliers and sending RFQ; 3. RFQ process - collecting the offers / quotations and making their comparisons; 4. Evaluation of suppliers in the terms of trade and their recommendation; 5. Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers 6. Participation in audits by production suppliers; 7. Selecting suppliers / offers, presenting summaries bidding (Sourcing Board); 8. Creation and development of manufacturing supplier base (list of suppliers); 9. Buying and restoring production tooling services (testing, research) - issuing purchase orders; 10. Supervising purchase orders; 11. Reporting events , business correspondence with suppliers; 12. Preparing, negotiating and renegotiating contracts. Controlling the agreements already signed; 13. Informing management about changes in business conditions, in particular, price increases (Commodity Forum); 14. Preparation of reports, analyzes acquisition and financial management, controlling the needs; 15. Monitoring and controlling payment obligations, including fee for materials; 16. Finding and sharing the savings plan; 17. Developing procedures for purchasing and prices monitoring; 18. The function of Program Buyer for new production launches (APQP teams);
