I build FlashAlpha - an API-first options analytics platform for traders, quants, developers and fintech teams. Most options data APIs give you raw chains, quotes and basic Greeks. FlashAlpha focuses on the analytics layer above that: dealer exposure, volatility surfaces, VRP, 0DTE structure, key levels and market regime signals. FlashAlpha provides: → GEX, DEX, VEX and CHEX analytics across US equities and ETFs → SVI-smoothed implied volatility surfaces → IV rank, IV percentiles, VRP and realised-vs-implied volatility context → 0DTE analytics, pin risk, expected move and dealer positioning → Key levels: gamma flip, put/call walls, max pain and exposure clusters → Historical API and research tooling for systematic analysis → MCP/server-side integrations for Claude, Cursor and AI-assisted workflows The reason I built it is simple: the useful part of options data is rarely the raw chain. The edge is in the derived structure - how volatility is priced, where dealer exposure concentrates, how skew changes, where positioning may matter, and how those signals evolve through time. FlashAlpha turns that into an API. The platform is built on a high-throughput .NET/Azure/Kubernetes architecture, with distributed in-memory computation, real-time data ingestion, SignalR front ends, and scalable analytics pipelines. FlashAlpha is used by independent traders, developers and professional desks who need options analytics that are faster to integrate than building the full stack internally. I occasionally take on selected consulting work where it directly overlaps with FlashAlpha’s core domain: options analytics, trading infrastructure, market data pipelines, quant tooling, AI integrations and high-performance .NET/Azure systems.
Founder / Quant Engineer
I lead Tecware Ltd — a micro-consultancy helping startups and high-growth teams build scalable cloud platforms and real-time systems using Azure, .NET, and event-driven architecture. I work hands-on as a Principal Architect or Fractional CTO, supported by a small dev team. We specialize in MVP builds, platform rescue, DevOps pipelines, and trading or analytics backends — with fast, lean delivery tailored to startup realities. We’ve helped founders avoid critical scalability failures, slash cloud costs by up to 50%, and deliver investment-grade infrastructure within weeks — not months.
