- Making outbound calls to prospective candidates - Supporting Consultants and Partners in new project acquisition and project delivery - Analysis and preparation of market and company data as preparation for candidate development tasks and sales projects - Telephone research and making use of language competencies - Dedicated research activities for suitable management talent and executives - Writing of Job Profiles and Candidate Information Folders - Personal direct contact and interviews with potential candidates - Business trips to Poland - Translation (Polish-English and English-Polish as well as Polish-German and German-Polish) of job application of potential candidates, personal interviews and telephone interviews
- Maintains a professional and pleasant attitude with guests and co-workers - Redeems guests chips, slot machine tickets and Race and Sports tickets after book hours - Handles cash for cash exchanges - Utilizes computer terminals for the cashing of guests personal and / or payroll checks - Maintains chip purchases and Ouicket Ticket purchases (slot machine tickets) - Performs credit/debit card transactions through cash advance systems - Handles exchange of foreign currency and chips - Maintains bank by keeping transactions and paperwork organized - Balances bank at the end of shift by making sure to start and end the shift with the same amount of money
- Provides security and protection for guests, employees, and company property - Upholds law and order in the hotel in conjunction with local law enforcement - Administers first aid and assists injured guests or employees - Ensures that proper authorities are contacted - Remains alert for any suspicious persons or activities - Reports any safety hazards immediately to Maintenance - Answers all guests’ questions and furnishes detailed information on casino's facilities, attractions, retail shops, and food and beverage locations - Possesses knowledge and use of all radio communication procedures and corresponding codes - Reacts professionally and rationally in emergency and pressure situations - Restrains intoxicated, disorderly, or insubordinate guests or removes them from premises - Follows the established procedures for escorting and assisting necessary employees to cash control - Promotes and practices safety awareness and behavior, adhering to all safety standards and directs emergency vehicles when called upon - Perform other duties as required
