Size: 175 acres / 71 hectares Floor area: 2.8 Milion sq ft / 260,000 sq m Accommodating : 13,000 employees - Participate in stages: design development & construction documentations, construction execution - Design coordination between architects, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. - Design, coordination,inspection, and execution according to design intent: Primary + secondary structure (concrete, steel), MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fireproof system - Overall design & detail design (structure concrete/ steel, glass & glazing, roof, anti-seismic systems, wall interfaces, cladding interfaces, floor interfaces, )
