I am a Finance/Admin Analyst with a strong foundation in humanities, specializing in providing comprehensive financial and administrative support within the Global Mobility Services sector. My current role involves coordinating tax services, managing billing and fees, and offering strategic advisory services for cross-border employees. I excel in preparing detailed financial reports and analyses, ensuring data accuracy and insightful pre-analysis to guide decision-making. In my previous position, I gained extensive experience in ETL, payroll processing, data analysis, and manual testing. This diverse skill set enabled me to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain data integrity. My strong background in logic and quantitative studies allowed me to excel in data analysis. A significant achievement during this time was leading the successful implementation of an HRIS Validation project, which enhanced data accuracy and compliance, and significantly reduced the workload for my colleagues by improving our processes. I thrive in collaborative environments, bringing an adaptable, accurate, and analytical approach to deliver valuable insights. My education from Jagiellonian University has equipped me with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enhancing my ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and deliver client-oriented solutions. Outside of work, I am passionate about speculative ontology, modern philosophy, and avant-garde and post-modern art, which enrich my perspective and creativity.
As a Finance/Admin Analyst, I provide essential financial and administrative support to client teams. My responsibilities include organizing and setting up access rights to tools and platforms, monitoring functional mailboxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external requests, and preparing Excel-based reports with pre-analysis to identify areas needing action. I am involved in financial reporting, internal and external billing, and electronic filing of documents to maintain an organized e-folder structure. Additionally, I coordinate meetings with clients and the KPMG network. I play a pivotal role in the central coordination of tax services delivery to assignees, handling billing and fees, escalating service issues, and offering ad-hoc advisory services for cross-border employees.
