• Led the functional design, user stories definition, and test scripts planning and execution for two different newly developed commercial platforms for a European Bank, providing additional functional support to the development teams • Led the IVR and self-service streams in a contact center transformation for a European Bank • Developed business cases, benchmark analysis, reports, and client proposals
• Responsible for the identification of process reengineering opportunities (RPA and other technological levers) in an operational transformation and cost-reduction program across every division of a leading Portuguese Bank • Conducted change management activities through the implementation phase of an operational transformation program • Worked on the conceptualization and creation of a European AI development center (The Bay) • Won 2nd place at an internal Iberian innovation competition with a robot-advisory solution (InFusion)
• Supported the production of visual materials for internal and external meetings • Worked on the restructuring of the costing model for a leading paper company in Portugal
• Advised on several projects funded by the EU (Portugal 2020) • Conducted benchmark research and created strategic reports for ongoing projects • Established an internal training program for knowledge and experience exchange
• Managed a fictitious €100K portfolio with exceptional returns in 3 months • Prepared weekly reports on investments opportunities and self-taught materials • Produced a trading initiation manual with own research on finance and trading • Conducted the research for the implementation of the MetaTader4 platform
