I’m Tomás. Portuguese by passport, global by nature. A name and a country never defined anybody, and neither did a straight-line career. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and working in the startup world across various industries, including Nintendo UK and trading, I found myself unexpectedly stranded in Vietnam during the COVID-19 pandemic. What initially appeared to be a setback ultimately turned into an opportunity. With a microphone, a webcam, and a clear vision, Icons of Real Estate was born. Fast forward to today, I’ve recorded and produced 2,000+ podcast episodes with top-producing real estate agents across North America, many operating in the top 1% of their markets. What started as a single podcast evolved into Icons of Real Estate, the #1 Real Estate Podcast Network. Beyond hosting, I built and scaled the business from the inside out. I launched a Podcast Production service that became the company’s #1 revenue stream, helped systemize operations through SOPs, led sales and client onboarding, and contributed directly to long-term revenue growth and retention. Alongside this, I actively create content, guest on industry podcasts, attend live events around the world, and run masterclasses and trainings focused on podcasting, positioning, and business growth. As Community Manager at Craft Wallet, I'm responsible for managing the Craft Wallet community and engaging with the whole Craft Wallet family, be it on social media, blogs, or the Backers Club. I'm on the front line, interacting with customers from dozens of countries and acting as the face of Craft Wallet. Craft Wallet was acquired.
