I swear that I've been thinking what to write here just to find out that all my colleagues have been using templates and "Motivational Quotes"... Anyway... Currently addicted to AI and Strategic Thinking.
1st Year: Participated in 6 projects inside of a team that is dedicated to develop GenAI and AgenticAI Projects & Use Cases that belong to a framework that we built ourselves Learned not only “State of the art” tech related to GenAI & Agentic AI and with this I mean the use of : - LangChain, LangGraph (also tested with other SDK’s for example CrewAi, AutoGen and SmolAgents) - MCP - OTEL/Open Telemetry tools (for example Arize) - Azure - RAG - Semantic , Vector and Hybrid Search Learned as well some SCRUM & Agile techniques , since I had to Project Manage one project that was presented, accepted and released to the higher management of Siemens. (With an acceptance test score above 90%)
- Hedge Accounting (Data Science Tool Development): Worked in an Hedge Accounting Project for a National Bank with IFRS 9 and IAS 39 model and agreement. Designed a python tool where we can check all the efficiency tests needed to help in auditing processes, this outcomes help us decide what hedge item and hedging instruments will be efficient and what replicates should be contracted because the tool outputs NPVs, Cash Flows, Forward Rate, Discount Factor etc for fixed and float legs working for different repricing frequencies and different types of instruments/items, for example IRS, Bonds, Futures and working with Euribor and ESTR; - CRM Strategy: Building Maturity Assessment for CX, Gap Analysis and ETL Processes; - Process Automation: Automated a factoring process in an insurance company for their providers, Health Insurance and everything related to mobility insurance using IBM Blueworks BPM and including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in this process to better everything that we saw space for evolution; - Value Proposition: Worked on bettering an international Bank SME and Corporate Value Proposition analyzing their back, middle and front office.
We Focused on Planning and Maintaining Partners for our global Members and adding new ones if we saw any new added value while training new and old Members
JADE Portugal started in 2005 with the objective of unifying all, represent e potentiate the Junior Movement of Portuguese Entrepreneurs. We already have 14 Junior Enterprises and 27 Junior Initiatives and around 600 Junior entrepreneurs and with a turnover of +15M € Responsible for all partnerships at a National scale and responsible for all the International Relationships and the strategy at a Global scale. (More thank 46k Junior Entrepreneurs; Turnover of + 18M € and we are in over 40 countries) In an European point of view I'm responsible for designing the strategy, action and activity plans for for the Network joined with all the other 11 International Managers from all around the globe. From the Partnerships, point of view, I'm the responsible for closing the deals with Deloitte, BNP Paribas, BPI, Jerónimo Martins, Vodafone, EDP, Nestlé, etc.
