Technology RPA | Senior Business Analyst & Senior Developer (UiPath) Involved in automation projects among +5 different clients, from Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas and Industry sectors. Senior Consultant responsible for all business and functional analysis regarding processes to be automated using RPA, leading meetings with client teams and producing and delivering respective documentation, as recommended. Working with UiPath's suite, namely Studio and Orchestrator (On-Prem and SaaS), responsible for planning, designing, developing/refactoring, testing and deploying RPA robots, as well as managing them where needed, having already deployed +50 automated processes. On-the-ground team leader of RPA Dev Teams in some of the projects. - Banking Robotic processes regarding the update of Bank's customers Credit Card data. On a ETL logic, the robot pulls data from Bank's database, processes it on 2 different systems and pushes it back to the database, updating it. [Team member of a team of 2.] - Insurance Refactoring/designing of 4 robots regarding document writing, according to daily document requests, and issuing, attaching them to client's platform as PDF. Deployed 4 robots regarding Customer Portfolio Selection (4 LOBs), excluding policies or editing insurance premiums, coverage and deductibles. [Team leader of a team of 3.] - Oil & Gas Pilot project for the Legal department of a major Oil & Gas company, aimed at managing insolvency proceedings. The robot receives data regarding insolvency processes, screens out those concerning to company's customers and notifies the respective lawyer. [Team leader of teams of 3 & 4.] +8 API-triggered robots that access Court's portal to submit Injunctions, generate collection documents, check processes updates, submit Executive Actions and manage lawyer's inbox. Responsible for business and requirement analysis and for the development of a VBA-based tactical solution.
FS Advisory PI (Performance Improvement) RPA | Business Analyst & Developer (Blue Prism) VBA | Business Analyst & Developer - Banking Conduct Supervision As a Performance Improvement Consultant, developed, tested and deployed several VBA tools for managing core processes of the Conduct Supervision Department of an African Central Bank. Responsible for the functional analysis of the processes to be automated, as well. Team member of a team responsible for providing training sessions to the Central Bank's Supervision Technicians. - Banking Prudential Supervision Developed a series of tactical automated Excel tools to support on and off-site inspections, as well as dynamic dashboards for respective data visualization. Contributed to the development of a core Prudential Supervision Analysis tool for measuring Financial System's health and stability, which consolidates the results obtained from the analysis of different banking risks - credit, liquidity, market and operational -, and provides insight on improvement areas. - Insurance Team member of the team responsible for analyzing and improving the overall Data Quality of a major international Insurance company, in order to comply with the Group's parent company guidelines on Data Quality.
