I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Senior Trainer, and Executive Coach with over 17 years of international experience helping individuals and organizations strengthen mental health, communication, and performance. My work spans 20,000+ hours of corporate training across government, military, academic, and private-sector contexts, alongside extensive clinical practice with children, adults, couples, and families. As the Founder of Emotion Lab, I integrate psychotherapy, coaching, and training into one platform, offering evidence-based services tailored to both personal well-being and organizational resilience. I’m also the only Paul Ekman Group Associate Trainer in Portugal, delivering training in emotion recognition, credibility assessment, and deception detection.
