The Treasury Hub is a new data solution developed to integrate treasury information into the Snowflake platform. Its primary objective is to centralize data and enable efficient, reliable reporting. The project employs an agile approach, fostering close collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to address evolving requirements effectively. Beyond data integration, the solution incorporates quality assurance mechanisms, adheres to best practices in data modeling, and optimizes data transformation and loading processes.
The aim of this project was to propose a new target operating model for the BI department of the iA Individual division. To develop this model, the team conducted several workshops with relevant stakeholders to understand the current state and their needs better. Another key deliverable was an analysis of report usage metadata and the definition of a conceptual data flow recommended for BI solutions. The final outcome included a description of the target operating model that adhered to best practices while taking local specificities into account.
Nutri Group is undertaking the modernization of its data management to become a data-driven company. This strategic project includes the creation of a new data warehouse on the Snowflake platform, primarily centralizing data from the SAP system. As a data modeler, my responsibilities involved defining the business processes in collaboration with business analysts, creating an appropriate conceptual model, and establishing the data integration rules into the model, following the Medallion methodology.
