When the came the opportunity to step in management and build our own team, I was decided immediately. It wasn't easy - at the beginning the team was built from Juniors and there were high attention and expectation from high management. And how story continue... ? We succeeded. Now we are providing professional services with high quality of our deliveries. Our team members always enjoy our work, meetings and free time. Of course - everyday isn't sunny but together we are able to achieve everything.
As chapter lead I am responsible for implementing standards and for development within my chapter. I promote the future-readiness of the team members by creating the conditions to build and develop agile and specialized know-how and a digital mindset and ensuring the cross-chapter exchange of knowledge. In the Cluster Supply Organisation, business specialists, business experts, engineer specialists, engineers, product owners and scrum masters work together as a team. The agile methods support the team members in performing their functions by facilitating a rapid and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and the continual development of new solutions.
• Control of support and production operations for more applications • Monitoring and control of the stability of an application, i.e. its smooth operation; introduction of stabilization measures if need be • Cooperation in complex problems and fault analyses and their resolution • Consultation with customers for new or changed requirements, including cooperation in the preparation of technical concepts and in cost/benefit issues • Assurance of the operating documentation being complete and up-to-date (e.g. operating manual) for the assigned applications • Support of projects with regard to operating concerns • Analysis, testing, and release of changes from the operations point of view • Assurance of the operation of applications while maintaining the SLAs and the internal and external regulatory requirements • Incident and problem management • Acceptance, analysis, service restoration/workarounds and documentation for incidents • Problem analysis, search for solutions, introduction of changes for problems • Change management - Analysis and release of changes that affect the operation of the application - Change of technical and internal application configuration and control parameters (customizing) • User support for functional and technical questions about the application • Request management • Cooperation in user acceptance tests • Involvement in on-call duty regulations in accordance with the applicable company agreements if this is made necessary by the SLAs
