I managed the environmental and sustainability programme at George Weston Foods New Zealand group to ensure compliance across the New Zealand businesses with all relevant aspects of environmental risk reduction and drive improved environmental business. I ensured that the Quality and Food safety of products produced at Tip Top Otahuhu was maintained; organised and ran quality and food safety programmes: GMP, Good to Great, HACCP, Pest Control and investigate and resolve customer complaints.
I manage the Environmental Management system and contractor management system for factory and farming divisions as well as assisting with the Health and Safety management system.
