    In charge of structuring and drafting RenovAr Program (Round 1, 1.5, 2 & MiniRen tenders) by which CAMMESA (Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista Eléctrico Sociedad Anónima) launched a public auction to procure generation of electricity from renewable energy sources, receiving bids for more than US$ 10.000 M. Involvement in the arrangement of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Foder Trust Agreement, Trust Adhesion Agreement and negotiation of the Guarantee Agreement with the World Bank. Reviewed and analyzed the projects for the qualification of bids. Collaboration in the drafting of Resolution 281/2017 which created the renewable energy wholesale market (MATER) allowing great users to sign private PPAs with renewable generators.
