Results-oriented of the research were used to justify, develop and offer o method of quantifying the residual working ability amount of an elderly people. A quantitative characteristics of factors affecting the residual working ability were evaluated, including professional activity, family and household factors, health indicators, physical activity, nutrition and aging ratio of the individual. Physical working ability, mental capacity, psychomotor activities, sensory abilities and functional parameters of respiration, as well as ratio of functional aging were researched among the elderly persons. Using this method will enable prognostic evaluation of the working ability of the persons at retirement age, as well as regulate their labor activity, that would contribute to longevity and health preservation of the older people. We develop ways to improve work and daily activity of the third age of man for the expansion of the introduction and application gerontechnology. The physiological capabilities of the total workforce, after 60 years for improve daily activity and labor worker. My responcibilities include to planing research, examing the responders and patients, making data base in MS Office and Statistica, scientific working with results, analitical working with scientific results, publication, oral and poster report on the Congress, Forums, Conferences, teaching work for students and junior researchers.
