At Klaviyo, I drive growth across the DACH market—helping brands unlock real, measurable value by giving companies the only B2C CRM on the planet. I help companies rethink how they connect, convert, and scale. With 10 years in SaaS and AI selling, I’ve developed a deep command of complex sales cycles, cross-functional alignment, and high-velocity execution. From my early days in operations to leading full-funnel sales motions at Allocation, Salesforce and now Klaviyo, I’ve built a reputation for delivering clarity in complexity—and results under pressure. My approach is bold, structured, and people-focused. I bring energy into every conversation and strategy into every deal. Whether launching a new region, mentoring peers, or driving multimillion-euro pipelines, I operate with intent, ownership, and impact. - I believe diamonds are created under pressure—and success starts with listening. - Great results are built through teamwork, precision, and intentional conversations. Let's connect!
"CRM" has become a buzzword — often used for any tool that stores customer data. And with too many vendors crowding the space, it's easy to get lost in the noise. But Klaviyo isn’t just another CRM. It’s purpose-built for B2C. Unlike traditional systems that are complex, clunky, and hard to maintain, Klaviyo gives you a real-time, fully integrated view of every customer — even anonymous visitors. No matter the channel or store, every touchpoint is captured in one unified profile. And for marketers, it just makes sense. The platform guides you intuitively, helping you launch campaigns, avoid missteps, and stay compliant — even if it’s your first time using it. If you’ve ever received an email or message so perfectly timed and personalized that it felt like the brand knew you — there’s a good chance Klaviyo was behind it. That’s the magic: hyper-personalization at scale, turning marketing into a competitive advantage. And that’s why Klaviyo stands apart from the rest. At Klavyio I have successfully joined the SMB DACH team to drive new business for both Ecommerce companies and new verticals such as Travel & Hospitality to truly hyperpersonalise their clients' (or guests') journey.
Agentforce AI is going to revolutionise every part of the business, even bigger than the industrial revolution. Thanks for all the trust and let's go!
Sometimes there are opportunities that are just to good to be missed. In this case, after 2.5y as a Core Account Executive at Salesforce, I have been successfully promoted into a Specialist Account Executive position covering the Salesforce Service Portfolio across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. My new position will not only allow for a new way of helping customers achieving massive turnarounds in their service digitalisation, but ultimatelly enable them to get their maximum out of their technology investment. I can't wait to serve our DACH clients to unleash their potentials. If you feel you Service & Operations department does not yet life up to what it should do, send me a note.
One of the most exciting team moves in my Salesforce career so far is to join forces with the #1 team in ESMB DACH to help our customer not only choose but grow using the market leading solution Customer360 by Salesforce.
What keeps you away from giving the very best every day at work and in private? I am both responsible for international sales activities as well as training concepts at Allocation. Through the years I was part of multiple divisions until I found the ideal place in new customer sales. That comes along with extensive travelling, getting to know a lot of manufacturing companies and looking behind the curtain of sourcing and quality processes. In addition of showing our advantages to new prospects, I am in charge for customer onboarding trainings. Having this hybrid job description satisfies my need to communicate but also keeps the work constantly changing and entertaining. As I consider myself both very happy and curious, but also ambitious and going for the extra mile, I can tell that my daily work matches my preferences.
After my work in the Riem Arcaden, I was offered a position at MLP that I couldn't refuse. I became the assistant of four MLP Consultants. My job was mostly Inside Sales work and phone aquisitions. The hard school of selling at phone I had also to take and I am very thankful for both the great time and the learnings I had there.
You know that the best things to your life happen when you expect them the least? Me coming from studies in economics, I did not have any clue what road to take. So working at a small lego brand store and selling lego sets was the closest I could get towards my hobby of creating lego models myself. I built lego sets since pretty much the age of four. But the store with amazing colleagues did not only satisfy my passion for bricks, it also revealed that I was pretty succesfull at presenting and selling in general. My university would have not been able to show me that, but the short time I spend at Lego did. After that work I could imagine where things would eventually take me.
