Focus on Supermicro new products including sheet metal chassis (proto to tooling), PCBA (PCB and components), L6/L10/L11 levels. Provide formal DFMA reports for over 200 Supermicro products on different generations and product lines along with other benchmarks. Over 80% of 2000+ DFMA findings triggers positive impacts (Design change, BOM update, ECO release, SOP update, etc.). Professional experience from earlier product design review to mass production • Mass production data analysis and loopback to DFMA review, work effectively with other departments such as global procurement, R&D, compliance, lab validation, product management, production, RMA, FAE, Sales, customer service, and legal contract review teams, to define requirements and drive quality excellence of products. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors • Sets KPI goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching, mentoring and quarterly/annual performance review • Maintains a safe and professional work environment • Utilizes quality management tools and aids for use by the organization in accordance with documented procedures (WIP, SOP), including but not limited to 8D report, Fault Tree analysis, 5 Why tool and Fishbone Diagram, etc. Mitigate the risks identified through the proactive FMEA risk management process and matrix
