I have a comprehensive insight into emerging industries within alternative energy from development, construction through into operations. First hand knowledge of what it takes to develop and construct offshore wind projects since 2002 (first commercial UK offshore site). Bottleneck Solution can assist through site selection into project planning and development as well as project managed the mobilisation, deployment and daily operations offshore. Bottleneck Solution has a deep history of working with emerging supply chain participants to ensure that the whole team can handle any challenges the project face. Process creation supporting Sydney Water Corporation's new procurement strategy and partnering model, Partnering for Success (P4S). Scope is the development of Asset Creation and Maintenance end to end process, with linked interdependency to the Delivery Partners and Sydney Water groups. The role assists the transition from the current Design and Delivery Panel agreements and the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Maintenance Contract to support the new Regional Delivery Contract (RDC) model. The outcome shall provide a transparent process for the RDC to gain visibility, in order to understand how Project Identification occurs and what involvement they will have during the project forming/development stages.
