      Responsible for counting the safes and tills at the start and end of the day. Responsible for running shifts and organizing the team members during busy times, match days and special events. Completing all the administration tasks that are required such as building and safety checks, reports and requesting call outs when necessary. Monitoring and analysing sales figures, profits and monitoring business expenditure. Settling guest complaints and problems effectively and in a professional manner. Organising table layouts and bookings to ensure everyone is accommodated for. Developing and maintaining good customer relations with new and regular guests. Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries. Despite only recently being given the official position of ‘Shift Supervisor’ I have been doing these roles since I became a Team Coach.
