Support Treasury's Making Home Affordable internal and external teams with all levels of reporting and data analysis. Develop and maintain a variety of metrics for internal business users at Fannie Mae and the U.S. Department of Treasury. • Primarily responsible for re-default reporting, portfolio servicing transfers, and loan modification conversion ratios • Work with other analysts to create project specifications, report development, and code review • Gather data and requirements from other business units to implement enhancements and support new HAMP initiatives
Design, plan, and execute programming approaches to support various analysis projects: • Maintained software that processed CAHPS national health care assessment surveys • Implement data sets supporting new cost of health care performance measures • Maintained programming for the annual NCQA health plan ratings and HEDIS quality measures
Manage large volumes of data on products from auto loans to home equity and mortgage loans. Revise reports on portfolio performance and risk assessment as well as reporting for regulatory agencies such as OTS and FHLB. • Automate report production from largely manual process to majority processing through SAS software • Prepare and revise over 2 dozen reports on a monthly basis from asset holdings to regulatory requirements • Helped facilitate the on-boarding of an additional 4 billion in consumer assets.
Process performance measurement of the retail branch network. Developed routine metrics for the discovery and prevention of financial loss and risk assessment. • Helped create a retail branch scorecard to evaluate the effectiveness of branch operations • Developed reporting to monitor account opening procedures under the guidelines of the U.S.A. Patriot Act • Helped uncover $80MM in cash surplus throughout the branch network that was reinvested as an asset
