Responsibilities: • Attract new business across multiple regions, including the UK, EMEA, and Oceania. • Schedule sales appointments for representatives targeting SMEs to large enterprises within the security industry. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored sales campaigns for new business acquisitions. • Maintain and update multiple CRM systems daily. • Meet and exceed KPI targets set by management. • Foster a positive environment for new business integrations. I Joined IRIS in 2018, continuing my work in an industry that I have worked in for a number of years. At IRIS I started working in a telemarketing role, joining a very successful telemarketing team. With this role, I actively contact existing and non-IRIS customers over the company’s software and how using this can be highly beneficial towards their needs. When joining IRIS, I was handed a special project. This would be involving the AI product IRIS collaborated with Mindbridge in 2018. With this project, I would be contacting numerous key members of staff involved in the Audit departments in Accountancy practices around the UK, to see if this unique level of software is for them. On a general day, I would be tasked with generating leads every day, but also making sure that the companies CRM system was up to date. The reason I was keeping the CRM system up to date was needed was so others within the business could use this information In the future. We also had to make sure we were sticking to KPI’s set by the business. In 2019, I was awarded the role as Master, a role given by the company in every aspect of the business to those they feel are key to work they do, alongside their knowledge of the job. Throughout 2020 I have maintained hitting my targets, KPIs, and helped out working in other areas of the business, whilst we all have been working around the pandemic.
For 3 months during the Coronavirus outbreak I was given the opportunity to work with our Credit Control who usually are based out of the companies Heathrow Approach HQ. With the amount of products IRIS have under their banner I was allocated to work alongside staff aimed at helping arrange accounts for Schools across the U.K. using our Parentmail software. This would be using any communication tool available, calls or emails and keeping in touch with colleagues.
