To safely productively, and effectively provide sound operations to the inbound sort. Leads the on-site and remote implementation of, support of, and structured training related to Inbound/P&D Engineering/Vision/VRP/ISS processes and technologies in multiple stations in a regional geographic area. Supports the IOES Manager in communication with station management, district staffs, and FedEx Ground Pittsburgh General Headquarters (PGH) to ensure the completion of tasks critical to realizing maximum gains and service efficiency resulting from Inbound/P&D Engineering Vision/VRP/ISS process and systems. Oversees Inbound/P&D Engineering/Vision/VRP/ISS progress across stations by monitoring key metrics and ensuring compliance to established procedures, best practices, and standards.
Vision Implementation Coordinator. Installing Vision/VRP related functions, training, and process improvement. Vision provides package handler load quality, stream line process through technology, and informs the customer where their package is at all times and estimated arrival date and time. It's a tool to provide accurate information to our Contractors/Entities to predetermine work area flex and planning for Ground and Home.
P&D Management and training.
