Working in one of the best restaurants in the Rotterdam which is situated on the main streets of Rotterdam called the “Meent”. Providing excellent service, serving explicit dishes of chef Sidney Schutte **, explaining wine- and food paring, advising guests about their wine choices, managing the wine-cellar, and working along side our Maitre’D Sebastiaan van Rijen and Head Sommelier/Owner Yoshiko Takayama (Sommelier of the year Gault Millau 2020)
This divine chalet has a stunningly designed penthouse floor with breathtaking Mountain View’s and extensive amenities. The chalet boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a pressurization tank and luxurious wellness amenities, such as a private spa with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two saunas, and a steam room. The kitchen is under supervision of the talented chef Francis, who has worked for multiple 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants. Me as Butler was taking care of special needs such as arranging ski instructors, driving as a chauffeur, groceries, time management, spa/massage bookings, restaurant reservations, wine-adviser at the local restaurants (and within the chalet), serving exclusive wines within the chalet and taking care of special dinner requests. With the team there you can achieve the highest standard of service and experience. It was and honor.
