- Executing change requests, such as conversion adjustments or changes to communication interfaces (e.g. AS2, FTP, OFTP2, X.400). - Ensuring the smooth implementation and handover of changes. - Connecting existing customers with new connection and business partners, including the necessary technical and organisational measures. - Monitoring the system landscape and ensuring system stability, particularly in the area of EDI transfer. - Identifying and rectifying incidents to ensure uninterrupted operation. - Processing customer requests in the area of operations and support (first to third level support) and ensuring fast and effective problem solving for technical and operational issues. - Execution of sub-projects in the context of the internal migration of the system landscape. - Collaboration on the modernisation of customer-related workflows and optimisation of internal processes.
