Managed the Pacific Dairy Ingredients business unit, overseeing Hoogwegts' operations in China. Led a diverse team of 25 fte across trade, finance, logistics, business development, and Q&A. Restructured the business to transition from commodity distribution to a comprehensive dairy ingredients and solutions provider. Integrated PDI into the broader APAC business unit, enhancing operational efficiency.
Managed Hoogwegt entities across Singapore, Australia, and Vietnam, overseeing trading and distribution activities. Led a diverse team of approximately 30 fte in trade, finance, logistics, and Q&A. Founded VietNet Dairy and successfully integrated it into the Dairy Essentials APAC business unit, enhancing regional capabilities.
Transitioned Hoogwegt Singapore from a sales-focused office to a multidisciplinary entity encompassing trade, finance, logistics, and Q&A. Held P&L responsibility for all commodity business operations in Southeast Asia. Managed a team of 7 full-time employees.
Co-heading the Africa commercial team (5fte). Development and execution of Africa strategy P&L responsible of several trading books
