Manage multiple projects in a variety of project types, including workplace, healthcare, commercial and data centers. Provide programming, design, site planning, code analysis and documentation for all project types and manage outside consultants through completion of construction and turnover. Provide support to internal Marketing and Leasing teams and develop presentations and visual concepts for the development team and marketing purposes.

Develop and execute contracts with outside consultants and clients. Manage projects and project teams from first contact through project closeout. Provide QA/QC review of projects throughout the office. Mentor and train staff. Leadership for preparation of RFQs and RFPs, as well as design presentations.
