About

Tom is trained in technical industrial design, microbiological soil science, different forms of regenerative agriculture, and micro-economics. He has worked for over 20 years in innovation around Europe, with the last twelve years working in the circular economy (CE) within industry, and the last 3 increasingly including agriculture. Tom acts as a ‘translator’ and bridge between different scientific disciplines; and supports collaborative regenerative development, from start-ups, to company’s, to regions. He technically and strategically assists and coaches professionals developing regenerative projects around topics, such as zero-waste products, green-tech and citizen-science, to agricultural projects and regional development; creates awareness events; and teaches and publishes in academic journals – on the topics of systemic design and ecodesign.
