A Senior Physiotherapist role in a busy outpatient department. Developing and broadening my skill set though various clinical, managerial and customer service courses. Using my time management skills to operate with a full clinical caseload, maintain my own CPD and lead the team under challenging conditions. Maintaining guest lectures on the use of Strength and Conditioning in Physiotherapy, hosting work placements and supporting students placements. This role included significant management experience acting as long-term managerial cover.
