We knew that the traditional, transactional dynamic of the hiring world served neither party well. So we created something entirely different. Advising from the inside, our people go deeper, inspiring truly meaningful change. The success of our approach has meant that we’ve grown quickly. Over the last 10 years, we’ve worked with brands like iZettle, Booking.com, King & Just Eat. For each partner, we’ve built a bespoke team of embedded consultants, capable of advising right across their talent functions. Today, Elements is present worldwide, with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Singapore and Stockholm, as well as London. And we’ve only just started our journey, with offices in Amsterdam, New York and Austin planned for 2019 and beyond. Embedded is the future, and we’re its leaders.
