As a Member of the Management Board and Head of Warehouse Logistics and Operations, I contribute to the company’s strategic direction while holding full responsibility for all warehouse and cross-dock operations. My role combines executive decision-making with operational leadership. I oversee warehouse administration, physical operations, process design, and performance management, ensuring that daily execution aligns with the company’s long-term objectives. My focus is on building scalable, efficient, and reliable logistics structures. Through Lean principles, data-driven management, and clear operational frameworks, I drive continuous improvement and sustainable performance. I believe strong organizations are built through clear structures, accountable leadership, and a direct connection between strategy and operational reality.
