EuroChem Antwerpen has initiated a major investment project to install a scrubber installation, responding to tightening environmental regulations. The project is expected to span around three years and will include design, construction, and commissioning phases. -Represent Operations within the project team, ensuring production needs are addressed in design and execution. -Lead the operations team’s involvement in model and constructability reviews. -Develop and execute commissioning plans. -Define start-up and maintenance philosophy. -Review technical documentation and ensure completeness and compliance. -Organize and deliver training for production and maintenance staff. -Coordinate SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) reviews and action follow-ups. -Act as single point of contact for tie-ins and utility network adjustments. -Plan and manage integration works into existing production units.
