    Working on various refurbishment and new build projects within the London area including commercial, residential, education, government and leisure projects ranging in value from £5-£60m. In the 12 months before my departure from the UK, I was working in a pre-construction role with my most recent assignment being the pre-construction phase of a £60m project at the Royal College of Surgeons which involved scoping, measuring and tendering works packages. I carried out this role alongside setting up a specialist in-house Central Bill of Quantities team that will operate across the UK and produce Bills of Quantities for the various divisions of the Wates Group. My most recently completed project was the construction of the New Junior School for Highgate School (private school, £20.5m) where I led the commercial team through a difficult and challenging build and final account. Previous notable projects I have overseen include the Exhibition Road Project at the Victoria & Albert Museum (£42m) and Kentish Town Sports Centre (£20m).
